Institutional print only and Personal print subscriptions (personal includes online at no extra cost)
VAT must be added to the quoted price for: Belgium 6%, Italy 4%, Ireland 13.5% (local rates), unless a VAT registration number can be provided.

Institutional online only and Personal online only subscriptions
VAT must be added to the quoted price for UK and all EC countries at 17.5%, unless a VAT registration number can be provided for customers outside the UK

Institutional print plus online subscriptions
Customers need to contact customer services.

 

Currency payment information
When subscribing directly by post, phone, fax, email or via http://www.bmjpg.com
Customers based in the USA must pay in US Dollars ($) and those based in the Eurozone (not UK) must pay in Euros.
Customers outside of the USA and the Eurozone must pay in sterling (£).

When subscribing via http://journals.bmj.com, subscriptions will be charged in UK sterling(£), US Dollars($) or Euro (€) according to location.

 

Exchange rates
The dollar ($) exchange rate is fixed at 1.85 for 2007 and 1.9 for 2008.
The euro (€) exchange rate is fixed at 1.48 for 2007 and 2008.
